Food for 9/13

Breakfast:
blueberry alternative bagel
1 tbs Skippy Natural Peanut Butter
coffee + sugar-free Coffeemate

Lunch:
Lean Cuisine roasted veggie pizza
1 tsp parmesan
5 black olives

Snack:
banana
100 calorie pack Keebler cookies

Dinner:
12 Trader Joe’s multi-grain crackers
8 slices deli turkey
2 Laughing Cow wedges
5 black olives
2 ribs celery
2 tbs fat-free ranch dip

Calories - 1,222
Carbs - 161
Fat - 42
Protein - 62

I ate crappy. I usually never eat things like 100-calorie packs unless my eating is out of control (in which case I also eat TWO!) but I got them at Target today at my dad’s request and they were staring at me. The Lean Cuisine is not normal either because it’s so many calories for such a little amount of food, but it was 1:30 and I needed lunch bad.

This all means I should (will?) sacrifice any nighttime snack I might normally have, which sucks because it’s Thursday and that means I will watch Big Brother, and I am munchy.
