Well I have regular plain ol’ silver braces. And a small headache. And a weird desire to smile hugely to just GET THESE STUPID THINGS TO STOP TOUCHING MY LIPS.

I got braces when I was 22 & had them til I was 24.
They improved my smile and my bite. Even now years after having them off, I get compliments on my smile and my teeth.
I missed crunching ice & biting directly into apples. Everything else you get used to.
