Shaq’s Big Challenge

Tonight begins Shaq’s Big Challenge on ABC.

I guess I like Shaq, and anyone who focuses his attention on childhood obesity wins with me. I’m sure (or I am hoping) that some attention will be brought to reinforcing that this generation of children have a shorter life expectancy than their parents. That’s majorly mind-blowing and heart-breaking for me.

I’ll be watching, tissues close by. Weight-loss shows make me emotional. You can’t really help it when you’ve been there.

    I liked the Shaq show, although I hope it starts to focus more on the weight loss and less of the “pre-med” stuff!
